Hey that abt rack is really nice. It makes it easier to cook and gives a great presentation.I sometimes use banana peppers or anaheim peppers along with jalapenos and when done I wrap em in flour tortillas and eat them like tacos.I sometimes add a slice of fajita too with guacamole. For a variation on these I made them like normal on a grill, than I coated them in a batter AND DEEP FRIED THEM!!! SO GOOD!!!!!!
