That last post is the most profound and ultimate philosophical analysis that we can make. But it was cloaked in a language that most people will think is just some crazy mans rant. But it’s the truth nonetheless. You will see one day. All the good and the bad just get boring and you want out. Is the cup half full or half empty? Well it cannot be half full without being a half empty. So you have to like the shit as much as the non-shit. But you can go beyond this stupid duality once and for all.
Outwardly there will always be some shit to fuck things up for us, either big or small shits (or the ones that just won’t flush). But, we need to just sort out basic needs out and then attain Enlightenment. But, most people are so attached to this silly drama of the world that they will never conceive of a final way out. “oh the tragic comic nature of it all”...we love it, we fucking love it...we can hardly leave it alone...we love the shit because we love the not-shit of the world.
Nothing will replace oil. That’s all you need to hear. Just think deeply about what that will mean for this generation (people around 25) and the next? We will have not oil. We will be in the Stone Age soon. As global resources decline we will be forced into the Stone Age. And if we live long enough to mine all the stone then we will become extinct. (that last sentence was a joke).
This is pure comedy. It’s like the stereotypical stiff British upper lip approach. “No...We can do it if we stick together” or “Come on men (and women) we can get through this together!” or how about “Don’t worry God will magic some better energy source for us to thrive!”. This Transition Initiatives will not fundamentally help us. It’s just people trying to make they feel better in some ways, like we always have. It will not solve any problems. We will still face an outward regression.
Looking forward to seeing the movie - one question - I thought the movement started in Kinsale, Co. Cork. Ireland? Your map animation at 0.50 says different!
looks great!!!! i'm being a bit silly but i didn't understand "900 initiatives registered and over 1800 around the world".... does that mean 900 registered and another 900 not? i.e mullers
@RegioLunar Loonies...we are running out of oil man...just think a little bit more about what that entails...it's not lunacy it is just common sense, basic logic to see that we have finite resources on this planet. So what will happen in the next few generations as these disappear forever? Obviously we outwardly regress, and will soon be living in the Stone Age again. It is inevitable.
@RegioLunar The “end of times” will soon be here my friend and then who will be the loony? Most of us will be, because we will not to wtf to do. In the next few years as America’s economy collapses it will bring the rest of the globalised economy world down with it. And then after decade or two we will have used up all our core resources domestically and will start falling into a state of disrepair and depravation. Simple. If you cannot see that then you are the loony my friend.
@RegioLunar Expansion and contraction are irrefutable laws of our relative universe. Your optimism or positivity will not revoke them, sadly. We cannot continue expanding forever. In the next generation we will see a contraction of human numbers and their subsequent activity. Again, if you cannot see this, then perhaps you need you head looking at mate? Maybe you are the one with crazy ideas and fantasies?
This is the last thing I will ever write because I’m about to hang myself. No joke. Goodbye cruel and loving world...arggg....

The Transition Initiatives embody the principles and practices of how true Republics should function.

@ammachi3 As a matter of fact those end timers´re clueless creationist loonies.
Join the headless chicken parade and pray!
Or join the those who´re reading in the only true book of creation and use your fucking brain!
