Yeah, that old myth about lightning never striking twice is so stupid...electricity always takes the path of least resistance and lightning is looking for the shortest path to ground. So if something is hit by lightning, then that means for whatever reason it is an easier, more conductive target and it is MORE LIKELY to get hit again!
