@camper905 By turning your time spent hiking into interesting and useful blog posts, articles, and books. You can also take the photo angle as John Fielder has.
Can't wait for this book, preordered on amazon uk, your adventures have inspired me to get off my ass and do my first long distance walk. Thanks my friend :)
I own the "beta" version of this book, and read it twice! I plan on buying the new finished edition, and giving my old one to a friend! Can't recommend this enough.
@andym8012 This is the "First Edition" and it's a huge improvement over the "beta" version, which was functional but admittedly lacking in various ways. National Geographic did an an awesome job in tightening up the text and laying it out. There's a strong narrative to every chapter, but it's super reader-friendly because they interspersed it with lots of call-out boxes and pictures. Would love to know what you think about it.
PROFESSIONAL HIKER!??! OK, How the heck do I get THAT job??

Bought the book, great video btw. Sweet editing albeit a bit cheesy but I like that.
