Yes tgey did not cover up any of the logos while filming. Sometimes the logos are out of focus. At the same time, LaSalle Street has a "cinematic" look about it.
Yes where Bruce Wayne is riding the Ducati (Italian motorcycle) is under what is called the "L" or elevated train tracks on Lake Street in Chicago.
He then ends up by LaSalle Street in downtown Chicago where alot of the filming took place.

thats true. and i saw the chase logo in the scene where batman is on the sears tower, and when hes driving the lambo.
