how comes a 9 year old has a custom shop strat ? I was 18 before I got one of them, I was using a cheap, well say cheap it was £300 aria, which 18 years ago was a fair bit of coin

@mark22160 lol Wish my dad was like U back then, he played acoustic, he knew what it was like to have a nice guitar, yet the tight git still maid me work for my first strat usa ha ha, I have just acquired another usa strat plus, nice guitar, the lace censors are way better than my deluxe noiseless pickups, well say my, I sold the deluxe to get this one, never got on with the compound radios, were are U from ?

@UKToneKing I am from Huddersfield. I am 51 and my son is now almost 25. When he wanted to learn guitar I put a USA strat in his hands complete with upgraded pick ups to Seymour Duncan Alnico 2's and got him started. I was working on the basis that he would have more success getting started with a decent guitar than the rubbish I started on. However, there came a time when he had to buy his own and I helped him out there.
