@dylanlebon1 This is a watered down version so bare with me, Glutamine can come in a few different forms, l-glutamine, micronized glutamine, and peptide bonded glutamine. L-glutamine is pretty much useless seeing as it bonds to multiple things throughout its way to digestion so by the time it reaches utilization you have 5% left, thats a joke. Peptide bonded is the way to go. But the use is to build and repair the and broken down muscle faster. Its the most abundant amino acid in the body

@durrah1986 Brachioradialus, the top big muscle, comes from pounding out huge weight in curls, sepcially hammer curls. flexxors come from squeezing the bars as your pulling and pushing

This may seem weird but you have inspired me to get in shape dude im about 260 and i 15 so i decided to go tha gym since jan 1st and im now 248 and feel good but this shit is hard as hell but if something is worth something to you its gonna take some to get their im aiming to around 220 by June . you have insiperd me and i hope to keep seing vids to keep me going dude and peace much love no homo tho lmfoa

how often do you hit eachh muscle group 1x a week?, i just came of Starting strength, and wanna do a 4-5 day split, but to many people tell me 1x a week isnt enough

@durrah1986 no way! I haven't ever been to a gym, just from doing press ups at home and pull ups, and an average diet but i'm starting to gain some real muscle. I can do about 4 sets of 20 slowly before I'm dead lol. I weigh like 76kg atm and i'm 5 ft 7 so i'm over weight. Due you think it'd be beneficial if I joined a gym? appreciate the reply.
