  • @MrCatalano14 Alot of guido's do too. Traps can make shoulders look narrow if your back or caps arent big enough. They look just fine in proportion to the rest of his body.

I started off practically anorexic when I started lifting and am 6'5" so it's A LOT harder for me to put up big numbers on the DL platform due to ROM. Again, 315 for reps after multiple cycles and being at that size is just NOT fucking impressive at all. It's weak shit. Deal with it.

  • @BasedJatt mate long arms is actually a plus in deadlifts im 6 foot 3 with a 6 foot 11 wingspan i came in the gym at 190lbs and deadlifted 240kg for a 1rm i won't be doing 1rm anymore but im sure ican do more

  • @dylanlebon1 This is a watered down version so bare with me, Glutamine can come in a few different forms, l-glutamine, micronized glutamine, and peptide bonded glutamine. L-glutamine is pretty much useless seeing as it bonds to multiple things throughout its way to digestion so by the time it reaches utilization you have 5% left, thats a joke. Peptide bonded is the way to go. But the use is to build and repair the and broken down muscle faster. Its the most abundant amino acid in the body

  • @jace007 lol... i think u dont quite understand why we do it.. u lean back to get a tighter contraction in the rhomboids and the teres muscles.. mostly to create a little more detail in the back.. also if u lean back slightly it hits a little more of the lower lats as well... in fact the only reason we go upright at all is just to get a better stretch in the lats.. but of course u dont bother to ask u just assume

  • @durrah1986 Brachioradialus, the top big muscle, comes from pounding out huge weight in curls, sepcially hammer curls. flexxors come from squeezing the bars as your pulling and pushing

  • @durrah1986 no way! I haven't ever been to a gym, just from doing press ups at home and pull ups, and an average diet but i'm starting to gain some real muscle. I can do about 4 sets of 20 slowly before I'm dead lol. I weigh like 76kg atm and i'm 5 ft 7 so i'm over weight. Due you think it'd be beneficial if I joined a gym? appreciate the reply.
