Perhaps but the working poor pay more then 20% tax now and the rich pay much less now. I though there was already a work for the dole scheme. Perhaps it has since been revoked since last i looked, if so then put it back. I would include voluntary work in that, so if someone was to say volunteer for meals on Wheels, that would count. One place was called CITY (Community Improvement Through Youth), we did quite a few things, take kids skating or camping. Organise and run shows for arts festivals or similar. Oce i was even involved in a pilot trip to see if it was feasible to map the Murray River via canoe. It was fun
