Don't underestimate Andy, his units have no weaknesses at all, and his CO power Hyper Upgrade is very strong especially to units without weaknesses. He is by far the most talented, if not most energetic CO in the group, like him better than Colin too. He should have been in Dual Strike as a regular character, not only in hard mode, because he would have sent Black Hole packing like in the last game XD two.
