Bit late, but Amy, Rory (and I think also River) all have cameos in this episode, but not full roles. Amy and Rory will be in some of series 7, but that is the series in which they will leave. River I dunno for series 7, I'm sure we haven't seen the last of her though, and plus, she's the companion for the new Eternity Clock PS3 game :)

@InkyMarshmallow i suspect the thing is that moffat was drawing comparisons between the doctor and rory. Obviously rory is a nurse, so that's one comparison, the doctor dies a lot and regenerates, so in a way, so does rory, so they're pretty much equal as of "a good man goes to war"
