every move is perfect and filled with grace! u r amazing and i think one of the best handbalancers in the world alive! i am working on 2 handed planche and one and two hands handstands, so, when i got my handstands and planches perfect i will ask u for advices for one hand planche! maybe - after a few ears:) peace!

Ricardo- What stretches do you do to do that? On the floor I can do straddle splits for only a couple of seconds. Doing straddle splits down to your arms, like at 1:45, is incredible!
