in regards to people arguing about Muse vs Queen; they're both great bands. Queen came first and had a huge influence over Matt Bellamy (lead singer of Muse), so you have to give it to them. they both put on fantastic shows, albeit very different. Muse uses high tech equipment versus Queen's charisma. both shows have incredible energy, but Queen's is more raw and powerful, whereas Muse's is a bit too clean. I'm a huge fan of both, both singers made me start singing.

I've been talking with a 17 year old girl at work (I'm 40 this year) and I asked her which decade she thought was best, and she said the 1980s is easily best, followed by the 1990s. She thought the 00s and beyond have been rubbish. She is a middle class well educated girl and no, I did not try to influence her choice. So this made me quite hopeful for the future of music, if they really do appreciate better music well they will search for and demand it.

Farrokh Bulsara..... perfect voice, classically trained on the piano,songwriter,designed Queens logo......collector of Japanese art..Beautiful,shy sweet and yes ...sexy... part of something so perfect. I bought this DVD, it is amazing in sound and picture quality. I was blown away, I think one of the best concerts on video I have seen or heard. Simple, a stage, some lights, a great frontman and one kick ass band. I didn't even consider myself a huge fan, until seeing that show. I was too young to ever see them live. I would not pay to see any of the current groups, maybe not even go for free, I'd pay to go see this show on imax or a theater with other Queen fans.

Saw Muse during der Origin Tour. Sucked. Sorry. Their playing and appaerance felt bored, no contact to the Audience. Expected nothing than good Music ... but left the gig very early.

And the Absolution Record wasn't a step further compared to Origin.

HOT SPACE... absolutely underrated. Especially by those, who expect to be Rock'n Rollers.

Take the record with no expectation, compare it to the Music played/aired those days.

Queen audiences went away from shows exhausted having seen the greatest show of their lives. I've spoken with and know literally 100's of people that saw Queen and then saw dozens of concerts in ensuing years from AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Muse, Metallica, Guns n Roses, etc...
