Are you sure it's soldered in? does it look like the microSD holder here? b/c if it does you just slide the metal thing over and it should release the card. then you just change it for a larger one but copy your stuff off first before removing the card. Also you can use it as a microSD reader.
There you go. Although 1GB isnt that much memory nowadays AND you'll need a MicroSD Reader. so if the cam doesnt work but you plug it into your PC and it shows up as a flash drive then you can use it as such. THEN if you buy an even bigger size card you now have an external storage device.
they will lose bigtime when I get a 4GB card working in this baby for a whopping 4 hours of recording. the things I dont like about this camera are the zoom is a joke and it seems like its already zoomed in some even though you zoom all the way out. and there is no rewind or FF on it the arrow buttons just go to the next vid if u press them. I wonder if the flip video camera has a rewind or FF option while playing pack videos.
I realized last nite that theres room for another set of numbers on the remaining recording time but it just shows up at 2 Zeros on the time display it says 00:54:00 so it possibly could be microSDHC compatible.
I know, just disable them for now till I Edit the captions file. YouTube's machine translation is hit or miss but I hope it gets as accurate as the Content ID system.
yeah but its possibly a good cause b/c maybe I can buy a 4GB MicroSD card and stick it in here. I hope this thing supports the SDHC format cards but I dont feel like spending 30 bucks on a card that wont work. a 4GB card is maybe 10 bucks I can live with that. I'm actually thinking that the company that made this camera figired it was cheaper to just use a micro SD card instead of hardwired memory like other cameras like this.
yeah it would suck buying a card that didn't work. by the way, 10$!? over here I had to pay 6 pounds (discount from 10 pounds) for 1 gig! and it is awesome that it is changeable so you can put whatever size you want in there
i opened my maxell flash drive and it has a micro sd inside!
