Glad you noticed..This water tender is the only older machine with this type of light bar fitted. Crews complained that the old style bucket lamp was not bright enough, so crews at Bradford Station where this appliance is based paid for the lightbar themselves and had it fitted by workshops. And Yes now back to the good old days Make up's as they should be Hoorah!!
Arnt all the pumps being fitted with lightbars as time moves on from bucket lamps?

take it was a trial to see what the older pumps would look like wi a ligth bar and to see if makes an diferance on visabilty
