  • omg i cant even do the ones the boys are doing at the back :/

  • i used to be able to do pushups like that, then i took an arrow to the knee.

  • 0:39 Some one fall and made a bommmmm!

  • @jomph911 You expect a 5 year old to lift 270 pounds?! This guy probably could. There's a correlation between being able to do a 2x bench press if you can do maybe 5-10 proper form planche pushups.

  • ahah i cant even do a handstand and keep it wow i feel lame:(

  • those kids remind me of goten and trunks.

  • @jomph911 Hm but are you as mobile with the weight you can lift? Thats what matters right? Taking that strength out of the gym.. If you can't use it any other way your not doing yourself much good.

Also it shows he has a really strong core too.. Something you won't get from benching.

  • haha the kids see him do a few and are like "MUST... ACHIEVE... THAT LEVEL.... OF AWESOMENESS!!!!"

  • the two kid faces are awesome xDDD,

There like holy sh*t and i thought mine where tough haha

  • Hey Geoff,

first, mad props, I'm working towards planches and your videos have been an invaluable resource. However, I have been experiencing pain on the inside of my right wrist while performing numerous pushup variations, and I was wondering if you had any experience with a similar injury. There was no single event that caused the pain, and it only occurs when I'm doing pushups. Once again good job, and any advice or help you have in regards to my wrist would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • buy yourself those handles for pushups, because when you're doing a pushup your wrist is in a very unnatural position... your hand is not used to it, so i'd advise you to buy those handles and try on those, maybe it works out.

  • maybe but he´s stronger than you! say that to his dad i just see that video...

  • Look at stroeiulian04 hes 5 an he can do that...

  • wow dude 8 im guessing your going for the world record? thats fucking awesome your very close 3 more keep that up

  • @narezul

  • i dont know his name some idianish lookin fellow if a remember right, its here on youtube look for guiness pushup record you should be able to find it, not sure of the name though

  • you are the 2econs in the word

  • oh shet i got ownt i thought they were like 15-16. wow i fail lolz thank for pointing that out.

  • hahah no prob.

  • show off...

  • Excellent!!!! See my video "11 ispsilateral one arm-one leg push-ups(left side)" or "11 ipsilateral one arm-one leg push-ups(right side)": I'm looking for challengers.

  • much cleaner than the guiness video

  • good work man. that is hard to learn the balance of

  • the kids in the background r so fucking stupid they do push ups so wrong and they stop and stare to realize they're pathetic

  • hahah so true their arms arent 90 degrees and their chest is to high

  • dude they're like 8

  • I want to learn to do that.

  • isn't the record like 11 and you did 7 right? wow, they're not super smooth but I'm sure they would definitely qualify.

  • LOL... thanks for showing me the kids, they are great ..i dont need to see ur pushups

  • Lynch this paedo.

  • lol those kids got owned

  • well actualy if you look at his other vids you can see him doing planch pushups...

  • hahah poor kids in the back are like "omg!"

  • Lol, those little kids aren't going to build anything with those fast ass push ups. Nice push ups, I bet you inspired those kids, lol.

  • wow that was awesome. nice job lol. i like how those kids stopped and stared for a while and then started working even harder lol.

  • No I will beat the record any up for the challenge holla back will do this youtube style and then submit it to the guiness and whover gets the most in will probly be on the show that was one of the most popular records with the crowd. I'm sure one of us could smash the record with training sorry to say fellas but my body type is probly one of the best inthe worlds naturally to be able to do this so I'm going to smash the competition who will stop me YOU? Holla

  • lol 'don't watch him!' nice one

  • nice job..

  • dude 3 away from WR ahhh u can do it!

  • Very impressive as always... *gets distracted by background*

  • Congrats bro, this is inspiring! Good job, I have to learn these now! Thanks for the motivation.

  • keith, ull never be able to learn them, unless ur under 140 pounds and 5 foot 9 or something, and work out everyday for 2 hours atleast

  • ...lol actually I'm coming along quite well =a)

  • hahaha I love how the 2 little boys just stop was they are doing and stare, I laughed so hard, it was perfect...

  • me too.

  • do you have any tips and tricks regarding the way we must breath while doing exercices?

  • i breathe in at the top and out as i come down, but when it gets hard i can't breathe at all, so whatever works for you!

  • great job, someone always has to post a stupid comment, keep up the good work, looks like kids look up to you.

  • Lol this phenomenon is everywhere. Someone posts a video of something impressive and these insecure little cunts come out of the woodwork to tell people how wrong they are doing something. Surely if they try to belittle something impressive then that makes them even more impressive right?

  • you would think something crazy like that, but thats what happens when your bound by logic. people are jealous and hateful

  • so cool

  • the record is 11? right... but the guy that did 11 held the push ups... not to long.. but he didnt go down and up to fast either... but THAT'S GREAT!! MAN!!!! CRAP... that takes hella "core" strength to do... cause I can do freestand handstand push ups and I tried doing those... I couldnt hold it... lol... keep it up ;)

  • I'm curious to what your body weight is. Well done though. I've see some of your other vids, keep up the good work.

  • I'm 5'10" and about 185 lbs. I quit gymnastics about 10 years ago, but I coach now. Trick pushups are still a side hobby of mine.
