@Aksmaster123 I find the easiest way it to get the star at the airport (like he did) and then when you leave the airport instead of turning right towards the tunnel/bridge, turn left and a little bit past the billboard there is another star on the grass. Grab it and you are down to 2 stars then drive to the pay and spray in Shoreside Vale and presto no cops! Then it is a leisurely drive back to Asuka.

Well if your car is damaged and you use the health cheat while in it, the car will be repaired but you won't be able to see anything change with it.

My favorite mission but i do it a bit different :: I turn left just before the park and drive over the lift bridge to the airport and just run down most of the Cartel and shoot the rest then the plane and high tail it the hell out of there. When I blew up the two Cartel, the Cruiser even blow up after I shot the two Cartel. After I got the 8 cargo, I got the remaining 6 cartel with a sniper. Then, I went to the Construction Site.
