I watched the documentary "The Devil and Daniel Johnston" and apart from it being frightening and heartbreaking, in it there's certain things he said that epitomise what this record means to me. "I'm ok coz I know where ever i go I have music in my heart." His childlike purity stills me. Such a stunning song. Andrea x

wow, man you're really fortunate. if i had the choice of playing what i wanted to hear him sing i'd go nuts. story of an artist, sweet heart, pot head, to go home..., so many. i heard him play grievances and it was one of the most moving experiences i've ever had. and he drew jeremiah on my cd...
