He was willing to do the voice-work for the game, he was just totally against the idea of making another movie. That is, until he had a ton of fun doing the voice-work for the game and working with Dan, Harold, and Ernie again. So yeah, Bill's in Ghostbusters 3, for sure. But the movie hasn't been in development long enough to have this footage.
At this point people should suspect that NOTHING you see on the net is real, waiting for confirmation, instead of believing it and waiting to be proven wrong.
Plus, Ghostbusters 3 is in the scripting stage still, and people (Murray) only considering it after making the game. This has got to be an ad for the game, disguised as "leaked spy footage" to fool people into spreading it around like, well, a virus (that's how these things work, for those oblivious to this kind of thing.)
Nothing about this video says Ghostbusters to me. What is it supposed to be showing other than a cab getting crushed. The end of the video is too zoomed in to make anything out.
