@Bankaiboyajag You'll have to add more keyframes to the background layer. To do so just click the keyframe and press f5, or you can click at a certain point on the timeline and it will make X amount of frames based on where you clicked. Make sure the amount of frames for the background matches up with the amount of frames the walking animation has

@burtonthought There's an Adobe Flash and an Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is a plug-in for your computer which allows you to watch videos and etc. However, Adobe Flash is a program that is used for animation. You'll have to purchase Adobe Flash for yourself or find another way to obtain it through illegal ways. I can't tell you how you can get it through that method. I suggest it would be best to use Google.

How do you slow the process of the animation down? Like as slow as of pressing the arrows on BannedStory for the animation?

Put frames in between each key frame. Select the key frame you want to be longer and press f5. The more frames you have the slower the animation will go.

well there's this thing called movie clips and you can use frame by frame to put an animation side.

then you can motion tween it to make it look like its moving while doing the animation. and if your frame by frame looks choppy then add my frames in between each keyframe by pressing f5.

Lol. You have to add more frames, not keyframes but frames. You can add more frames to a certain keyframe by selecting it and then spamming f5 as much as your heart is content. Remember this it is VERY important for animating; the more frames the smoother your animation will be, too many frames the slower your animation will be.
