There will be a one shot about that sometime soon. I think Jackie's logical enough to not hold a grudge against the Doctor, not really. After all, Jackie's the one who would've named her in the first place.

Tardis is the daughter of Jackie and Pete Tyler (the Pete from Pete's World). She was born not long after Rose's final farewell with the Doctor.
