Its not "necessary". I have juiced without breaking them up. The you dont break them up, the juice will be pulpier, and the outlet port tends to back up fairly quickly.
please do a youtube search for growingyourgreens for my gardening channel, where I teach people how to grow their own food. I do have a video that explains how to build your soil and the nutrients I recommend to add.
Good vid.....I have the breville juice foutain elite...and it is a total SAVAGE!!! Its amazing, but after using it so much I notice I dont need all that....Id still return it to Amazon right now for a refund and get somethin smaller. I also have the Z-Star which I bought because of you John!! I watched a shit load of your videos before makings my choices actually....so big thanks to that, you were a huge help. Do you guys sell cheese cloths though?
I love your videos. I ordered my first juicer today because of your vids (omega vrt350 hd). I notice you have a pretty unique garden set up in your yard...can you make a video on how to make a garden like that? (wooden crate usage, what you planted...etc...) I would love to grow my own veggies but I have no idea how to go about approaching the task or what to expect as far as expense. Keep up the great videos, they have been an invaluable reference during my selection process.
thanks john. i was laughing hard when you talked about juice starting to taste bad. brings back memories of when i first started juicing i went to the store filled the buggy up with everything they had, then went home and made a juice from it all... it had like 15 things in it...it was terrible. thankfully i have learned how to juice now. and i love it
I've never thought to juice zucchini. Curious to see what it tastes like. I have the Omega Vert 350 and gotta say, I LOVE it. I believe the only difference is color.
LOL your little visual of the human body as a juicer cracked me up! I use apples, cucumbers, carrots, beets and oranges as my main bases usually. Haven't tried celery yet. I got my juicer from your website and I LOVE it! I use it everyday, feel like I'm missing something if I don't have my juice every day!
is it really necessary to break up the celery and tree collards for this machine?

I second the idea of gardening videos, especially if you have any tips on how to prep/condition the soil
