What a day. This game followed up by the Oldham-Man Utd match at Maine Road. The first time both semi-finals had been broadcast live as well (unthinkable now) . Sadly some greasy TV execs must have been watching and woke up to the potential of televised football. Little over two years later 'Old' football would be killed and replace with the vile bloated bucket of shit we have today.

1:24 - typical Palace start! Was a cracking game and great Palace won, after the 9-0 and 2-0 defeats against Liverpool that season - shame they never lifted the cup.
