No, not her b-day. This vid was after she had been contacted by Gyao. They sent a tv crew to her home and asked her if she wanted to go to Japan. The presents were just presents. She went, and appeared on the tv show that you saw in this vid. The woman on the show is Magibon's idol. She came back home, but later went back to Japan. I dont know if it was that trip or another one, but she stayed in Japan and is still there AFAIK. Her dream came true; I am happy for her and jealous at the same time
