(SPOILERS!) and btw its not Mion that kills Keiichi, its Shion posing as Mion, and we dont even know if it was real or a dream cuz Shion fell to her death right after she stabbed Keiichi... so how the hell could she be tormenting some one to death in a busy hospital?
