I dont see anything wrong with the Olsen photos. She does not look unhealthy at all. I know she admitted to being anorexic but i think she just doesnt like food and was already naturally thin. I dont think shes stuffing her face with pies and McDonalds then putting her finger down her throat. I think she just hates food and has to force herself to eat. Thats at least a healthier way to be anorexic. At least you keep the nutrients you swallow. Some of the other girls look bad.

Mary-Kate is a beloved celebrity and we want to believe the best for her but @ her lowest reported wt of 85 lbs she didn't look healthy. We don't know her personally or what her eating habits or coping skills are. I was shown a pic of myself at 85 lbs and didn't believe it was me. Hating food is a symptom of anorexia, a great excuse which is something I have been dealing with since age 7.

Most doctors/medical professionals don't really think anorexia's about looking beautiful. It's about control. People who have it feel a lack of control in their lives and controlling food is a way for them to feel more in control of their lives.

Hi dear. It's really brave of you talking about your weakness. But in general whether anyone take drugs, smoke, or suffering from aneroxia, it's all in the mind. You need to first mix with healthy people, or go to counselling. Life is too short, have fun, be healthy and there's no one that can tell you anything except yourself. When there's a will there's a way. I think i'm fat and i'm 43kg to 50 kg. Isn't that awful? But omg i feel totally confident and happy despite my weight.

ED's are one of the most misunderstood deseases we have in this world today. I have been on both sides, so I do know how easy it is to think "just eat!" and I know what it feels like to wanna die every time you put food in your mouth. I almost died, but I was saved. Thank, God! I still struggle from time to time, but when I do, I try to remember that God created me and when I am healthy I honor what He has made. Keep fighting! You can be saved! Sure, skinny is pretty too, but when you become weak, and have troubles being able to do the stuff you used to do, how do you feel?
Unhappy? For sure. I would much rather be big, strong and energectic rather than, skinny, weak and sore. For the young people that think there "ugly" your wrong. Take another look in the mirror, the last thing God wants is for you to be unhappy about yourself, obviously. God wants you to be happy :).
I see what many of you are saying, it is a very serious disease, but when you think about it, most of the time does it really just "hit you?" No. Many people feel uncomfortable with there body, which is understandable, but when you FORCE yourself not to eat, and you become very very skinny, do you really think thats 'beautiful?'

I hope this is a bad joke, how can you possible say you wanna be bulimic? My sister was bulimic and I swear it's so difficult to overcome a problem like this. If you wanna lose weight just do some sport and stop eating unhealthy food! Of course a good diet and sport need some sacrifice...

I agree, i cant stand people who wana be anorexic or bulimic, i was bulimic for 5 years and then anorexic for 4 years. it wasnt me i wanted to get better but the thing inside told me otherwise. i was hospitalised 5 times til i got better. i still struggle and i want my life back again. why do people want this illness so bad. its horrible

I love the song.
but I liked how you showed beautiful girls in the beganning who DONT have anorexia, but alot of people who DO have strive to be like that, but that in the end you show what anorexia really is and how ugly it is.

hey hunni. sorry but im gonna be brutally honest here. i know your trying to help by posting this, but your really not.ive had anorexia for a few months and ive been trawling utube to find a vid to make me stop. i watched this, did 100 sit ups god knows how many scrunches and made arrangements with a mate 3 till 6 so i dont have to eat tomorrow. you should try and find more startling pics like the one of the 40yr old... half of these are thinspro! sorry but someone has to say it xx

can someone please answer by questions. I'm from the netherlands and i have anorexia. I was 6 weeks in hospital and right now i'm home. But how can i continue to eat better at home then at the hospital? because at home i just loose weight again. I don't want it anymore, but my body and that voice in my head are making it so hard. Can somebody tell me how they were getting of anorexia? Maybe it could help me allot.

Hi dear. It's really brave of you talking about your weakness. But in general whether anyone take drugs, smoke, or suffering from aneroxia, it's all in the mind. You need to first mix with healthy people, or go to counselling. Life is too short, have fun, be healthy and there's no one that can tell you anything except yourself. When there's a will there's a way. I think i'm fat and i'm 43kg to 50 kg. Isn't that awful? But omg i feel totally confident and happy despite my weight.

If i look at my body i can't see the things that people around me can see. So all i have is that weight.
A life like this, is not worth it. I wish it didn't happend. But i can't change time.

you are soo young, i have never had a eating disorder, im always somehow unconfortable on my body and at youre age for awhile i started eating less it never became a real problem but i think i can understand, god bless you you , dont give up on you, you deserve to live the life of a healthy 15 year old girl.

Muchos se burlan de la gente que sufre de anorexia cuando es una enfermedad muy grave. Una vez conocí a una chica muy joven q tenia anorexia y ella quería parar pero no podía. Me sentía tan mal al verla así y no poder ayudarla. Afortunadamente recibió ayuda y ahora esta mejor. No hay nada mas bonito que una mujer con curvas, es muy triste la verdad

ED's are one of the most misunderstood deseases we have in this world today. I have been on both sides, so I do know how easy it is to think "just eat!" and I know what it feels like to wanna die every time you put food in your mouth. I almost died, but I was saved. Thank, God! I still struggle from time to time, but when I do, I try to remember that God created me and when I am healthy I honor what He has made. Keep fighting! You can be saved! My prayers are with you.

So, don't put yourself down because of what other people look like. If thats "the look" let's not get invovled with it, because well, eventually it could lead to death.

Unhappy? For sure. I would much rather be big, strong and energectic rather than, skinny, weak and sore. For the young people that think there "ugly" your wrong. Take another look in the mirror, the last thing God wants is for you to be unhappy about yourself, obviously. God wants you to be happy :).

I see what many of you are saying, it is a very serious disease, but when you think about it, most of the time does it really just "hit you?" No. Many people feel uncomfortable with there body, which is understandable, but when you FORCE yourself not to eat, and you become very very skinny, do you really think thats 'beautiful?'
I for sure don't. BBW , Big beautiful woman. You don't have to be extremely skinny to be beautiful! But of course, with the many people saying you do, others follow.
