ONE the guy walking up just has hands in pocket. Immediately I would have my hand on my weapon and politely but firmly asked him to "wait a moment". One more step and I would have drawn and presented. TWO I would not stop at an ATM in the middle of the nitght alone in a deserted parking garage. There are ATMs every freaking where and it's fairly easy to find one where cops hang out for midnight chow. Better pay a two dollar service charge than be involved in a shooting, however righteous.
I agree with 88arau in that we aren't really sure what his intentions are. He has not shown a weapon. I would return to my car and leave. Concerning the car, I may have backed in allowing a more efficient method of leaving quickly (I didn't want to say quick getaway as that sounded corny). Love this series of vids by the way.
I always back in, I know what you mean.. I feel in an emergency, I'd rather be able to get out quick, and I don't like to back out in the dark, I'd rather do my backing in when I park, so I see the area with my headlights, etc
I would order him to stop and back up, while putting my hand on my pocket ruger lcp. If he continued to move forward, I would draw and repeat the order.
I carry a large combat knife i would atempt to get to my car if he stoped me or acted violently or otherwise i would calmly pull out my knife as my have would already be on it and take it out and slash at the person and makesure he is taken down then call the police and wait in my car.
In Indiana, we have a "Stand Your Ground Law" that states we are legally permitted to defend ourselves as deigned necessary for the situation, even if that means taking life to preserve property, health, or life. In Indiana, we are not even required to give a warning if we feel we are in danger.

If the guy wants to die for a few dollars of my hard earned money, then I would gladly assist him.
