How to Rip Xbox 360 backups with Benq 0800 and Burn them

I'm a newbie to this stuff, so I have a few questions:

1) Do you need a connectivity kit (CK3 or whatever) if you're using a BenQ drive?

2) Do you have to use the hotswap method or just pop the game in and rip?

3) Do you have to remove the top of the drive with a BenQ?

@nx84 It's 0800 firmware, so hotswapping etc is not required. The connectivity kit is not essential, but highly recommended. In fact, if you plan to do this a lot I recommend that you get a BenQ drive off of eBay. That way, you don't have to open the 360 every time you want to make a rip.

lol you dont need a xbox dvd drive to rip a copy, just use dvd decrypter on your computer

"dvd-r dl" they r expensive but if u r cheap they cost about $20 for 15 memorox and verbatim is $45 for 20 of the disks "verbatim is the brand i would sujest to use they never mess up"

You dont need to use 0800 fw or schtrom etc for copies just a straight copy via IMGburn or CloneCD etc will do fine.

Its only original discs where the security ISNT emulated that you ned 0800 and a extractor to extract the SS.
