The pointer finger will always be on the 3rd of the octave...example:
Thumb on A, pointer on C, pinky on the A an octave higher.
Then repeat, but with each finger 1 note higher.
So it would be played like ACA, BDB, CEC, DFD, for 1 octave (all 16th notes), all the way up to B. Then left hand goes to D, and right hand plays an F chord with the roll.

Very good feeling. In the original notes and sheets it begins with Bbm7. But I think, Elton play it like you (nearly).
