  • awesome video. Check out my slowmo vid

  • Absolutely brilliant. The grip tape on your board sparkles in the sun as though thousands of viewers are snapping photos of your poetry in motion. By the way, I, too, am an electrical engineer (UManitoba, 1996) and it is incredible to think that you studied one of the most challenging undergrad programs, practice as an engineer, and find time to be one of the best skaters I have ever seen. I can't say enough. And I also can't get enough of that Eskimo song.

  • nice maaannnn!!!! What board are you using?

  • Nice video and nice tricks!

How is the format to capture the image with Casio, a secuence of images (jpgs) or is a video format (avi or mpg)?

I need to buy a camera with slow motion.

  • The video is recorded as a .mov video file with H.264/AVC encoding. It automatically plays back at 1/10 real-speed if you record in 300fps mode.

  • Many thanks!

How much memory needs to record this?

Did you need to buy additional memory?

I will ask Noel to give me a camera as yours.

  • It takes about 1.6MB/sec of record time. So the files are not that large. I use an 8GB memory card, and I've never filled it up. I can record all day.

  • A memory flash?

    Many, many thanks!!

  • siiick

  • wow your rly good man!

  • fucken sweet dude

  • it would look better if you wore fresh clothes.

  • is the high speed option limited to a few seconds of recording??

  • No. You can record until the file size reaches 4 GB, which takes roughly 30 minutes. The higher frame rates have lower resolutions and therefore about the same bitrates, so the 30 minute rule applies for all the frame rates (300fps, 600fps, and 1200fps).

  • great video definitely worthwhile

  • clean as fuck

  • nice shifty at 2:54 :) 5*

  • where do you get a camera like this and how much?

  • This was filmed with a Casio EX-F1. I paid $1,000 for mine and picked it up from a local camera store. Casio has an EX-FH20 that is a little cheaper but the high speed video isn't as high quality. That's pretty much all there is in a consumer level price range.

  • mind blowing

  • wow really good

only 87 views you gte to get more tis is to good

  • Amazing footage! Loved your ollies!

What format are you uploading this footage because it came out amazing quality!

  • I rendered this in .wmv 3 MBPS format with Sony Vegas. I think the relatively high quality is partially due to the fact that the camera is on a tripod for most of the shots, which makes for easy video compression since the background mostly doesn't change from frame to frame.
