if you compare this with the vocals from the Cradle of Filth cover, you can really hear how technology has advanced not only recording quality but also the advancements in removing unwanted noise, adding a touch of this and that making the voice perfect.

this is a good number with an important historic event as subject, but the performance by Dani Filth is just a bit better in my honest opinion.

Yeah Charles got accused of it after stopping Hopkins. At the time all the shit was going on regarding whether England should be Catholic or Protestant which added some weight to accusations, but, being King he dealt with the accusers too! ;-))
