cars today have Anti-Lock Brakes, Traction Control, Electronic Stability Control and other safety devices just to name a few and that means that braking and maneuvering around corners one will no longer experience locked brakes and skidding on corners ( over-steer or under-steer ) so while this is a great educational video its not 100% accurate in todays offroading world.

hi,all thoose gizmos dont mean anything to be honest mate,,im a off road driver and in a few clubs too,(check my vids), and tc or abs is an any use without driver control,and traction control is rubbish when true off roading as it just stalls ya engine most of the time as it just holds brakes on (especialy with a diesel turbo)..its all to do with the driver,and if im honest,,old vehicles are lots better,no electronic rubbish to get in the way,i drive a modded v8 rangie btw atb

cheers mate,,shes took a while to build,but all been worth it,,she can go absolutley anywhere,(including 3 to 4 foot of snow recently here in scotland lol)..still have a few more mods to do still too,(to the wifes disaproval again ehehe)
