I haven't heard much more about it, which makes me uncertain of its effectiveness. But i think if its instituted with other safe sex practices, it could make a difference.

I might look like hell, but I've been living alright with HIV since 1994/95. Get tested in time: if you need it, get treated in time. Waiting too long creates a greater strain on the immune system - and a worse outcome. Most people who responsibly test for HIV (early) will have a normal life span, and look fine. @midnitecruiser44 nope same god but im not forcing my religion down someones throat. I just get irritated when people quote from a book that was wrote and forged by ordinary people like you and me.
also you can count verses all you want but realize this look up the definition of a god. A benovolent being that does not posses emotions he is beyond all of that because if he was not he would just be a human with powers. Also ask yourself this whats the point?

Dont you think if god wanted all the gay people to be gone he would just will us away but oh look im still here!
