I don't know this paint but have used cheaper paints like Forrest and it's just not worth it, the durably is crap, I've also used PPG Omni and the clear yellows and the color has little pigment so you have to shoot a lot of coats adding to the cost. Buy good paint!
I think this is Kirker paint, specially packaged for Eastwood in Eastwoods color choices... I would consider it a cheap paint, however it IS Urethane, which makes it better than the older enamels from the 70's & 80's by a long shot... I'd use it in a solid color, but I'm a beginner so using the metallic (kirker) was a PITA...
@67dodgepolara Cool, my brother has a replica K.I.T.T. car and it seriously needs a new paint job (the guy who shot it must have used rattle cans, or didn't know ANYTHING about paint. I've never shot a car before, but I'd do my homework before I did anything.
i use kirker paint. its a poyurethane paint. works really well, and its not too expensive.
