Kerry Lugar & similar bills being presented from time to time have played an active role in enforcing poverty & destroying Pakistan in all fields of life. Pakistans unashamed political filth is busy confiscating the basic needs/rights of life, to achieve the levels of poverty and get the bone of few million $ from USA/IMF or W.Bank. Whats more alarming is that presently all the political filth whether in the govt or opposition are dogs constantly having their mouths open for $ bones.

The way East India Co captured India by fraud is being applied on Pakistan by USA via IMF/W.Bank. Kerry Lugar bill can easily define this. IMF/W.B has conditions of approving loan like poverty level or lack of resources. Pakistans political filth hiding the facts of resources proves it all by fraud & eats up all begged/approved loan forcing its return & conditions on innocent people resulting in fake inflation/poverty/injustice & hatred for USA/IMF/W.B. But how long will this dogmatism continue
