This movie is actually supposed to be romanized to shisei, which is another pronounciation of the word for tattoo (irezumi). There is no 'si' sound in Japanese.
I think I have *accidentally* seen a part of this movie before, lol. They gave me the wrong disc and i didn't bother to watch the rest of it.
