vary your tricep routine to include over-head and lying extensions. there are 3 heads to the tricep...you're only woring one

Mainly push-ups, dips and pull-ups. From time to time dumbbell curls with light weight and many repeatings

I use only 13 lbs dumbbells and do as much repeatings as possible. Thats good for defined muscles. For size i make the exercises with my bodyweight
