Seemed cheap and laggy to me. The actually casing of the tablet itself is a bit too similar to the ipad for me, but thats just me. There are definite tablet contenders, but this isn't one of them..

Looks like a superb bit of kit, but the software? It's a bit over priced given it doesn't even include a music player... Is it possible to load a different distro of linux on these things, does anyone know?

@danielj06 I think blocking is only domain of Apple ;-) People hack their products anyway. I see that JooJoo is simply miniaturized PC so when you exchange SSD you can do whatever you want to do. Im not sure only about the BIOS and how to load new system to this little thing. Can it load system install from pendrive or SSD... Dont know. I will not buy one unless they will reply to my mail :-)
@mysteryMachinePL Indeed, I hope they don't try copy Apple. I was wondering the same though, whether the BIOS has support for simply booting off of a pen drive, otherwise we'll have to try and load the install data onto the SSD and install over on a seperate partition of the drive.
this is nice and it has flash and its widescreen, apple need to make there's widescreen but a single finger scroll would be nice and perhaps something they should consider, is the resolution of the youtube videos really nice like on the apple ipod touch and ipad
two finger scrolling means u cannot scroll it with a thumb when holding it. such an easy n obvious flaw being not though out indicates a weak design team behind it. the lag n crappy rotation r also problems having ipad to compete with.
@NixKah Actually, the reason for 2 finger scroll, is because since this can do FLASH one finger usage is for FLASH based games, etc.. thats why it needs 2 fingers to scrolls.. So.. you are wrong about this, it was a very good idea... and thought out by the design team.

@Brushles83 They arent going bankrupt.. they secured 10 million in financing right before the product came out. 90 Pre-orders was PAYPAL only.. was not all their pre-sales.. stop listening to internet rumors.. it gets old.. You shouldn't talk about what you don't know. Flash isn't old technology. In fact, flash 10.1 will include hardware support and run even better in Windows. Yeah I'd like to see what video codecs it supports. The web browsing and speed was impressive. It looks like it needs just a little tweaking for seamless performance.

Looks pretty good. Much faster than my iPad. Browsing is smoother and Flash video support is impressive. I'd buy one for $100-$150.
