I love your magazine have been collecting for ages. Suddenly Im having a problem on buying this issue. I went into my local Tescos and WH Smith and they all ran out. I even searched the net and found nothing. You wouldn't know where I could get one would you. I wouldn't want to miss out ???
After my local Borders shut down, I decided to subscribe to RG and thank heavens I did, I've always loved the lookback articles, particularly the Collecovision and Simon articles featured in this issue.
I used to buy this every month at Barnes & Nobel here in the Seattle area. However, for the last 2 months, it hasn't been available and no new issues. Do you still have a deal to sell them in Bares & Nobel in the USA? I sure hope so!
UUGGGHHHH THIS IS TORTURE! I just sent you a message about barnes and nobles and other magazine stores not carrying the magazines for some reason. Im missing the last two issues I'm going crazy, I'm gonna subscribe soon cause I can't wait any longer! I LOVE RETROGAMER! The Best retro magazine there is in this day in age! THANKS!!
I was in a pawn broker the other day and saw some games collections that looked like they were from retro gamer, did the mag used to have a cover disc?
Nice, I've been enjoying the "ultimat 2D shoot-em-up collection". May I ask why you stopped including the CD's? Was it some kind of legal nastiness or a budget issue?
awesome i cant wait it just sucks cause i live in canada so i have to wait till the 22nd to receive my copy cause i have a subscrition but it is wort the wait cause magazine kicks ass cheers 5/5 as always cheers mate!!!!!!
The title of the colecovision article is "too little too late"... I don't feel that this vintage game system was too little too late. what is the meaning of the title?
Darren, Retrogamer is INSANELY popular in the US. And I try to get it whenever it comes out here in the States. But, the cost of a subscription is beyond the finances of US readers.
Is there anyway to let the powers that be know about this issue and maybe see it resolved in some way?
@pocketmego Indeed. I only pick the magazine up on a special occasion. The local Barns and Nobel charges almost 20 dollars for one issue.
Also, screw what the people are saying about Simon. It's awesome to see you guys covered it. When I met Ralph Baer for the second time I got him to autograph my Simon box and he was really surprised that I still had it after all these years.
Exactly. I ca't even afford to buy every issue, and getting a subscription at almost a hundred US is out of the question.
There must be some US distributor who could carry and distribute Retrogamer magazine in the states for cheaper. Plus all the other magazines, like Games tm , which has an awesome retro section and is from the same publisher.

Looks a great issue this one Daz, I remember playing Sabreman. Durrell feature- brilliant! Saboteur was a big favourite on mine on the ol ZX Spectrum.
I like the look of the unreleased arcade game feature as well. Look forward to getting this :-)
