there is a known issues with some models. If it did not work contact the manufacture and give them you serial number. You may get a replacement. I have heard several people say it worked great for them.

This product sucks. It turned all of my pics red. I had to uninstall it and then do a system restore in XP just to get everything back to normal. I tried it 5 times and everytime it was the same.

@MeGolf92 Whatever the product suck or not I have no idea, the togalofs-comment seem to suggest it may do. But I don't know how much to trust your opinion since you may just be used to the bluish high-temperature default settings of almost all monitors and therefor feel uncomfortable with something which is way more correct and actually more life like.

Huey turned my screen 'pink', so completely useless. Its a known problem and pot luck if you get a working model - something photographers and designers can't afford to chance.

Spyder 3 Pro did the job accurately though.
