@foodmunster thanks, rope climb is pretty tough. saves on the washing not wearing shirts. Had to get our own gym to be able to train topless more than worth it:)
cable machine i got 2nd hand for 2500 aud the kitchen was about 10 all up the bathrooms where the most expensive but really needed for the convenience factor. The gym is for groups, 1 on 1, workshops, certifying trainers, our 1 on 1 clients can use the gym for their programs. The cafe & produce is only for sale to members. simple and practical
You can't even hint it being for human consumption. All the older videos could put you at risk...
I rang the supplier for Schultz Organics here in Vic and he flat out told me not to drink it and it's stupid to drink it, etc. I assumed he was covering his arse, but I must admit I lost a bit of confidence in drinking the raw stuff.
Maybe I'm just paranoid, I'd hate to see the fuckers take you down over that.
I really look forward to seeing the finished gym!!! Because the equipment is so functional, im thinking that it wasnt massively expensive to set up??? Im sure the kitchen and cable machine have really upped the expense though.
Also, will this be a subscription gym or just to use for your group sessions?

Good invention in the exercises, will definitely get my clients doing the rope climb. Good video, although being topless is a bit showy haha!!

@WellnessMafia Functional equipment is the best. We have a half functional cable crossover since one cable broke.

Looks good guys. You could easily get a sled or prowler going in there as well. How do you get around the raw milk issue?
