For those who are having trouble with opening ports, may I suggest you put the video on Full screen. Then pause it at certain points, write down the instructions, and then go back to the screen for opening ports. I found it a lot easier that way

Well, maybe this will help you, if it doesn't, try to open ports in your antivirus program (AV firewall) it helped me :).
