Funny, I never think of this as a Mariah Carey song (tho I do love Mariah), cuz two or three other big names had recorded it before her. If you're looking for a good key for a guy, look for the music as performed by Nilson or Harry Nilson. He did it originally and the only difference are the riffs. The piano part should be the same except for the key. Did I mention how much I love Danny Calvert as well? :)
Guys, I don't think Danny Calvert really needs to go a "right way." He just starred in Altar Boyz, a very successful Off-Broadway musical and got great reviews. He also starred in a tour of RENT. This isn't some schmuck off the streets posting a video of himself. More than likely it is a fan! Anyway, check out his "Epiphany" from Altar Boyz, it's on here as well.
very talented, but I really dont think trying to do mariah carey songs is the right way to go, as people will always compare them to mariah and hes good, but no1 is THAT good (cept mariah)
