  • One thing about IKEA that I really like is that their commericals aren't all "IN YOUR FACE!!!!"

  • The song is "Days Gone By" - Bill Connor.

  • what is the song??!!

  • Even if you hate Ikea or not, Martin de Thurah is an AMAZING director and this commercial is really good. I don't care about the store, this is a piece of art.

  • Oh beautiful!

  • someone knows where are the houses that appear in this video?

  • I assumed it would had shown the same IKEA furnitures in all homes :/

  • GENIUS

  • Martin De Thurah, the director, if he aint smoking the good stuff he has an amazingly creative mind. so so sick

  • Fantastic!

  • There's only about two homes that are in the "ghetto"... you guys don't even know what ghetto is.

  • Marketing people....

  • Who's the composer of this awesome musical piece?

  • if ikea sucks so much.... why do you still go there?

    Now you feeling stupid.

  • its.. how do you say... "fresh"?

  • 0:26-0:28 are they doing what i think they're doing?

  • Yes they absolutely are.

  • WHOOO!

  • :26?

  • The song reminded me of The Artifact and Living by Michael Andrews.

  • the store smells like plastic

  • Ikea is God! Bow and obey!

  • love the horses too great ad

  • So, I should buy some Ikea furniture for the shanty I've built off the back of my broken car in an alley. Perhaps I could buy a Floomfbort (cardboard blanket with stylish rounded edges).

  • i know, i was thinking that too. but the commercial is more message-oriented, rather than actually telling you to buy something, which it is doing subliminally. kind of like the iPod commercials with the silhouettes. they barely even show their product at all. or the heineken ads.

  • I was thinking the same thing

    on a different note

    I LOVE IKEA!

  • lol me too unfortunately :D power of advertising and all... sigh

  • the ghetto houses were the houses of the people who make the furniture

  • But Ikea isn´t for yuppies! At least not in its home country Sweden. It´s where student buy their first own furniture. Cheap and okey but not upperclass!

  • Yuppies aren't upperclass

  • A yuppie is defined by style and upperclass...

  • I love the horses!!!!

  • Brilliant.
