It's getting harder to create custom content. I'd rather stick with sims 2, I've paid Maxis enough by buying every expansion. It's so much easier to make beautiful sims on the sims 2, but not on the sims 3. They're chubby and round.

I like the collecting of stones and gems and fishing and collecting insects and have a fruit garden is nice too.

My house is full of gems in brilliant shape

the reason why sims 2 looks even better than 3 is becuase so many people has played it they have like incredible communities that have been created by many different people i think that maybe in 2 years sims 3 will be as interesting as sims 2

no offence but i only played the sims 3 four times for like 3 hours and i got board with it so i uninstalled it and reinstarlled the sims 2! YOUR BEST WORK WOULD HAVE TO BE THE SIMS 2! sims 3 is hard and boarin so ya better luck if you ever make a sims4.(dont make it hard for them to get married, and keep all the cheats from the sims 2 on there.)

I would agree with you, but if you put your mind too it, you'll find the origional sims 2 was just as broing, even more, wait for some expansions and sims 3 will be better. Sims 3 isn't hard at all, and if you get the lifetime traits that make your needs go slower, its too easy. To get them married do romantic actions & propose then throw a wedding party.
