I know MANY people said this but im gonna add something to it wont sound like im repeating everyone else. You should chop the trees down in the middle of the road and sidewalk and take the green grass patterns off, plant it in the areas where the green grass pattern was and add flowers.

I haven't played for a while but I think you have to make the patterns at the shop where you buy clothes. Then select it in the inventory and do 'use as floor'.

u make able sisters designs then go 2 ur menu, clik on the red icon with a pencil on and select 1 of ur designs. clik and drag it 2 the icon with the sqaure and arrow and it should appear on the ground!!
