you can run 14's with stock spindles but you have to grind the hell outta the calipers, no 13's at alll, with the spindle swap, you can run 14's with no grinding & 13's with a spacer...

@siccsoul916 mines an 02 and i had to swap all mines out .. control arm, breaks rotors, calipers,.. do it right , dnt grind and dont do spacers, i have a 95 town car all front suspension

you have to do a spindle swap from an older ford suspension fullsize car (like a towncar grand marquis or a crown vic) when you do...swap rotors and all...then you'll be able to slap on some treces...

Just grind down the rotors a bit

As long s you keep it low and slow, cause any brakes that fit 13" wheels will not stop that car at speeds. but I like the look though.

Actually you would use 92-94 towncar front spindles and brakes and they stop those year cars just fine.
