Can confirm with Mofakker ...... you will find it in the Dusk Factory, take the double doors on your left and once through, take the last door on your right. Look for the yellow shape on your radar; at first it was invisible with some small black marks coming out of it - go near it and you will be in a battle - it will become visible but can go invisible again!
