if your updated to 2.2.1 it won't work b.c your firm wear should match the one quickpawn is asking for and for most of us it should be 2.2.15h11, if you search youtube you ill find other helpful videos

don't download any firmwear if you updated through app store , you already have it. make sure your have latest version of quick pawn, and the firm wear matches what you have on your phone which i think 2.2.15h11, if you search you tube for 2.2.1 jailbreak you i'll find lots video that show you to do it.
