I would love to have a bay/bow window on the back (south facing side) of our family room. I may look into something like this, but just spent thousands on new A / V equipment.

How much was that window and what were the dimensions?

The whole thing was put together at the factory. The window panes are double with a layer of argon between them. Not something to do on site.

Wouldn't it have been so much easier putting the glass in after the frame had been installed ?
