I believe that to most people in English speaking countries, we perceive the "ch" as a k when put in a word the right way. In german, the pronounciation would be close to "foochs", but with a short "u", like in "bullet".

But yeah, in english I guess it would be "fucks" which is pretty funny, because this really is a quite common name in germany.
